My work with individuals is grounded in psychoanalytic thought, but I do not begin with a fixed framework. I trained as a Jungian analyst and was deeply shaped by that tradition, yet over time, my approach has broadened. I draw from a range of clinical and theoretical sources—including contemporary psychoanalysis, attachment theory, and interpersonal neurobiology—guided always by the needs of the person in front of me and our evolving relationship. Therapy is not about offering answers, but about making space to listen carefully, think together, and gradually uncover what may not yet have been spoken. The process unfolds over time and asks for honesty, trust, and patience.
